THE "LEARNING NATIONAL PLAN WAS LAUNCHED IN THE PROVINCE OF CORRIENTES MATHEMATICS"

Published on Friday April 26, 2019. This Friday the national
program "Learning Mathematics" which proposes changing the traditional
strategy used by teachers in teaching that subject was presented in the
province of Corrientes. The launch event, held at Government House, was
chaired by the Minister of Education, Susana Benitez who said that this
initiative "will value the correntinos teachers" .. Accompanying Benitez
executive director of the National Institute of Teacher Training Ministry
of National Education, Cecilia Veleda; Undersecretary of Educational
Management, Julio Navias; Provincial Director of Higher Education, Susana
Nugara; undersecretaries and directors and other officers of the education
portfolio. The most important part of the plan is to train teachers to
implement methodological strategies that enable them to work differently
with students. Through these strategies they will be proposed alternatives
to achieve understand and enjoy mathematics giving learning opportunities
to help them complete all their studies. It is proposed to address the
teaching of subjects relating them to the needs of students, raising
problems and processes of experimentation, building solutions together and
relating them to real life. In the province, about teacher training will be
conducted by 26 trainers, correntinos all who give guidelines innovative
teaching colleagues.
