Agrochemicals and Biological.
In the case of products of foreign origin and / or whose production can be
performed interchangeably in a company based abroad or in a plant located
in the country plant, only the transfer may take place after the expiry of
one year from registration Year National register of Plant Therapy.
For already registered prior to this regulation products, a transfer will
only accept per year, counted the time since the last performed.
