rights of indigenous peoples throughout the country.

In Mar del Plata, together with the Municipality of General Pueyrredón, we
partake of hoisting the emblem Whipala in educational buildings, aiming to
recognize the identity and culture of our indigenous communities and comply
with Municipal Ordinance No. 23,749.
