REGIONAL MEETING IN TUCUMAN SO THAT MORE SMES GO SELL NOA TO THE WORLD

Tucuman today organized the first edition of 2019 Argentina exported, the
national government plan that coordinates efforts of the State and
productive actors in order to boost exports .. the meeting was opened by
secretary of Foreign Trade, Marisa Bircher, Minister of productive
development of Tucumán, José Luis Fernández, undersecretary of Trade
Facilitation, Paul Lavigne and CEO of Argentina and Investment Agency
International trade, Juan Pablo Tripodi. "All productive sectors have
opportunities to go out into the world. We want exports are the backbone of
our production policy and we are touring each of the regions, bringing
tools and listening to the needs of the private sector to provide
solutions," he said secretary of Foreign Trade. Addressing more than 130
SMEs belonging to the region of northwestern Argentina, the authorities
presented the progress of Argentina Exporta plan, the new features will
include the Export Simple tool and Argentina Buy online platform. During
the meeting, a dialogue was held with Chambers of the NOA region to outline
an agenda working together in international trade, focused on five areas:
market access, facilitating, financing, quality, and support to companies.

Chamber of Tucuman; Citrícola Association of Argentine Northwest;
Technological cluster of Tucuman; Blueberry Producers Association of
Tucuman; Chamber of entrepreneurs, producers and nurserymen of Frutillas of
Tucuman; Institute for Productive Development of Tucuman; Chamber of
Commerce and Industry of the province of Salta; Chamber of Commerce and
Industry of Santiago del Estero and Rioja Chamber of Agricultural
Producers. In addition, the event featured workshops and consultation
tables aimed at those SMEs that want to start exporting, increase sales
abroad and apply for funding.
