En el auditorio de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros, se llevó a cabo una jornada informativa con responsables de acceso a la información pública de organismos centralizados y descentralizados de la Administración Pública Nacional. Al encuentro asistieron los y las responsables de acceso a la información de las carteras de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros; Secretaría Legal y Técnica; Justicia y Derechos Humanos; Interior; Defensa; Salud; Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad; Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat; Desarrollo Social, entre otros.
Al abrir el evento, el director de la Agencia, Eduardo Bertoni remarcó que la información pública "debe estar a disposición de los ciudadanos ya que su acceso es un derecho humano fundamental". Y agregó que, en conjunto con los y las responsables, "somos la cara visible de la Ley de transparencia y debemos, entre todos y todas, velar por su cumplimiento. ".
Por otra parte, la directora nacional de Acceso a la Información Pública, Eugenia Braguinsky y la directora de Políticas de Información Pública, Ana Pichon Riviere, expusieron sobre los fundamentos básicos de la Ley 27. 275 de Acceso a la Información Pública, el trámite de las solicitudes de información pública y los reclamos por el incumplimiento de la citada ley.
Durante el encuentro, se definió la agenda de trabajo para la primera parte del año y la estrategia de capacitaciones que se llevará a cabo para colaborar con los y las responsables en la mejora de la implementación de la Ley.
